- Text-to-speech voice synthesis in multiple languages
- Video rendering with integrated narration
- Transcript generation and editing tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and current information
- Maintain the accuracy of your account information
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Not create multiple accounts or share your account

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content to our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

- Store your content temporarily for service delivery
- Create derivative works (narrations, transcripts) as requested
4.2 Generated Content
You own the narrations, transcripts, and other content generated by our AI based on your videos. We grant you full rights to use, modify, and distribute this generated content.
4.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload or process content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content
- Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

6. Payment and Subscription
6.1 Pricing and Billing

6.2 Refunds and Cancellations

- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated narrations
- Security of data transmission
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
8.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
8.3 AI Accuracy
AI-generated narrations may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We are not liable for errors, misinterpretations, or inappropriate content in AI outputs.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoNarrate AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any third-party rights
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable opportunity to retrieve your content before permanent deletion.
11. Dispute Resolution
